Timebar |

The timebar floats on your desktop and displays the actual running projects and the time used so far. In the configuration of Xpert-Timer you can change the look of your timebar and decide what buttons you want to show or hide.
Almost all functions of Xpert-Timer can be activated through the timebar. |
Project-Manager |

The project manager is your main hub of Xpert-Timer. Here you see all your projects, the total time, your tasks and other users project times, if you have the access right to see them. You can decide what colums are shown by right-clicking on the column header. |
Reporting module |

With the reporting module you can filter your project times by date, client, project name or project type. The way you filter and display your projects, you can print them. Decide yourself, what the reports look like. |
External Reporting |

Our Project Time Tracking software also offers an external reporting module. With it you can design your reports individually. For example you can add your own company logo and design your own reports from scratch by using SQL queries. |
Project settings |

Use the project settings to configure your projects. You can add certain costs to your projects depending on who's working on it, or you can set the project as "not chargeable", like your lunch break. If you have documents you need to attach to a certain project, you can also do that in the project settings. |
Configuration |

Choose your individual design of Xpert-Timer in the configuration. Here you can create new project types or setup your data backup of your project timer. You also have the option to activate or deactive additional modules like the synchronization or the external reporting. |
User access rights |

 |
Individual user access rights are important, to make sure, that one user does not see the times of other users. You can decide yourself, who has access to other user times and who hasn't. |
