Without Software Assurance Package:
40% of the current license value:
For example: 1 Single User License for 109.- USD -> 40% = 43.60 USD
or 5 licenses for 460.- USD, plus 1x XTReport 39.- USD = 499.- USD -> 40% = 199.60 USD plus tax, if applicable

With Software Assurance Package:
35% of the current license value:
For example: 1 Single User License for 109.- USD -> 35% = 38.15 USD
or 5 licenses for 460.- USD, plus 1x XTReport 39.- USD = 499.- USD -> 35% = 174.65 USD plus tax, if applicable

If you request a quote or if you want to order the upgrade, please make sure to mention, if you want to order the Software Assurance Package.
